Jim Vitou

Financial Education, Empowerment, and Coaching

Jim Vitou was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, where he lived for eighteen years. Jim joined the U.S. Army after high school and served in the Persian Gulf War. He attended and met his wife of twenty five years at Purdue University. He spent seven years in the corporate world leading and running operations for multiple locations in retail management.

Jim felt a calling to help people on a larger scale which led him to start his own financial coaching and advisory business in 2002. He and his team have helped thousands of families work toward debt freedom and financial independence.

They continue to impact the community by bringing financial education and resources to churches, schools, companies and helping families across the kitchen table. Their goal is to help families tell their money where to go instead of asking where it went. Jim offers financial wellness workshops for organizations and complimentary financial coaching sessions for families. Kevin Lingg

Cookiepreneur, Fractional COO & Integrator, Business Builder

Kevin Lingg is an entrepreneur and executive operations leader. After growing up in Connersville, Indiana, he attended Ball State University to study Environmental Management. Kevin then started his professional career in automotive manufacturing and moved to several other industries over the next 20 years working in both private equity and publicly traded companies. During his time at General Electric, he completed his Masters in Management and started a side hustle (Loaded Dough Cookie Co.).

After some time off during Covid, he took a role in a Venture Capital-backed startup in Indianapolis to help them scale the business. When that role ended, he continued pushing Loaded Dough even further, adding more clients, working out of a commercial kitchen, and hiring help to fulfill orders.

Today, Kevin is still growing Loaded Dough Cookie Co. while he continues to use his Executive Leadership skills as a Fractional Integrator to help companies that are running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Operating and scaling businesses is a passion that has developed over time and falls directly into his unique ability of leading teams, creating systems, and striving for excellence.

Besides founding and operating Loaded Dough Cookie Co., working with visionary business owners to scale their companies, and co-hosting the FYB Podcast, he has started several other endeavors such as The World Pickleball Foundation (a non-profit public charity to help youth learn and grow in the sport) and Access Urgent Care (a for-profit healthcare provider).
